RENDANG JENGKOL
RENDANG JENGKOL
 
Material :

  • Jengkol
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 6 red onions
  • Red chili and green chili
  • Shrimp paste 
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp suga
  • 1 piece of brown sugar
  • Water

How to make : 

  1. Wash all materials to be used
  2. Put in jengkol in basin and then soak it in water to deodorize jengkol then dispose jengkol and wash skin. Cruised jengkol so that it becomes flat.
  3. Puree onion, garlic, red chili and green chili.
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet and then saute the ingredients until fragrant. Add salt, shrimp paste, sugar and bay leaves. Add a little water and stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Put in jengkol into skillet. Wait until soft and fragrant.
  6. Once cooked, serve jengkol on a plate and sprinkle with fried onion to make it more delicious.
