Ingredients :
- 300 grams of fish fillet mackerel (milled / puree)
- 150 grams of corn starch
- 1 egg
- 20 sheets of dumpling skin (can buy ready-made)
- Vegetable oil
- Coconut milk
Spices :
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Peanut sauce :
- 5 chili
- 120 grams of peanuts (puree)
- 220 ml of hot water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 tablespoon teaspoon salt
- Soy sauce
- Lime
How to make:

:- Wash all materials to be used.
- Put mackerel, eggs, spice paste, corn starch, coconut milk diluted. Stir
and mix until blended
Prepare a dumpling skin, place the mackerel fish batter into the center of the dumpling skin. Fold and fry until cooked. Remove and drain first.
- Wash all materials to be used.
- Heat the oil pda frying pan then add the garlic and chili, fried until fragrant. Lift and puree.
- Place the spices in a bowl and add salt, sugar, beans that have been mashed, and hot water. Mix well.
Serving suggestions:
Prepare a flat plate and then cut batagor. Flush batagor peanut flavor to the surface. Add soy sauce/ sauce according to taste. Slices of lime as supplementary material. Batagor ready to be served :).
