CHICKEN PORRIDGE
CHICKEN PORRIDGE
   
     Chicken porridge usualyy eaten for breakfast. Here's how to make chicken porridge :
Material :
  • 250 grams of rice
  • 2000 ml chicken broth
  • Salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Fried chicken

Ingredients sauce :

  • Chicken broth
  • Salt
  • 1000 ml of water
  • Cooking oil

Ground spices :

  • 8 onion1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 eggs hazelnut roasted
  • 3 garlic
  • Turmeric fuel

Supplementary material :

  • Crackers
  • Soy sauce
  • Soybean fried
  • Celery
  • Fried onions
How to make :
 

PORRIDGE : 
        Rinse rice thoroughly then heat the water in the pan wait until boiling and then enter the rice, chicken broth salt and pandan leaves. Stir until blended and pureed mature.

SAUCE :
        Heat the oil in a frying pan then saute the ingredients until fragrant. Enter the chicken broth and stir until well blended broth and seasonings.


Serving suggestions :
 

       Serve chicken porridge in a bowl and pour the sauce over the porridge. Complete porridge with complementary dishes such as crackers, fried soy beans, sliced fried chicken, celery and onion fried. Chicken porridge ready to serve.
