Ketoprak is a food that resembles a gado-gado. The difference lies in the combination of vegetables contained a gado-gado. Here's how to make ketoprak:
Ingredients :
- 3 tofu
- 30 grams vermicelli
- 150 grams sprouts
- 1 ketupat or rice cake
- 200 grams of peanuts
- 4 garlic
- 7 chili
- 200 ml glass of warm water
- Salt
- Fried onions
- Celery
- Soy sauce
- Wash all materials to be used.
- Cut tofu to dices, after that fried the tofu. Drain.
- Soak the vermicelli in warm water for about 1 minute then drain.
- Boil the sprouts for 1 minute then drain.
- Fried peanut then drain.
- Fry the chilli then drain.
- Blend the peanut, chili, garlic and salt. Then add the warm water. Stir gently until evenly distributed.Put tofu, sliced ketupat / rice cakes, celery and peanut touge then pour sauce on top. Add some crackers then sprinkle with fried onion and give a little soy sauce.
- Ketoprak is ready to be served.
