Sambal goreng krecek is one complementary menu when Ied Fitri a companion rhombus or rice cake. Here's how to make sambal goreng krecek :
Ingredients :
- 150 gr cowhide (krecek)
- 1 liter coconut milk
- Water
- Cooking oil
- Petai
- Red beans
- 4 garlic
- 6 onion
- Shrimp paste
- Red chili
- Galangal
- Lemon grass
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 2 bay leaves
- Rinse all materials to be used.
- Soak cowhide to look out of cowhide oil then drain.
- Soak the red beans for 1an hour and then boiled until half cooked.
- Cut the petai.
- Blend the spices then stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the water and enter the bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Enter the coconut milk slowly and stir so as not to break the coconut milk.
- Enter cowhide, red beans and petai, stir well wait until the gravy shrink
- Enter the brown sugar and salt and stir until cooked.
- Sambal goreng krecek ready to serve.
