LOTIS
LOTIS
           Lotis is a typical food from  Central Java. Lotis is one food that is made from various kinds of fruit combined with condiment. Fruits sliced a bit bigger then eaten along with condiment. Here is recipe to make Lotis:

Material :
  • Fruits such as:
  • Jicama
  • Ambarella
  • Pineapple
  • Melon
  • Watermelon
  • Papaya
  • Rose apple
  • Mango
  • Cucumbers
  • And other fruits that suit their individual tastes.

Condiment :
  • 8 chili
  • 1 tsp  shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300gr brown sugar
  • 1 sour fruit
  • Water
  • Peanuts (fried)
How to make : 
  1. Peel and wash fruits then slice is rather large.
  2. Blend the spices to make a sauce and then dilute with water.
Serving suggestions:           
          Put the pieces of fruit on a platter and pour sauce on top of it or it could be put in a separate bowl condiment.
