CILOK - BANDUNG, WEST JAVA
Cilok is one of the food that are not only favourite to children only.
Chewy taste in cilok makes it’s so delicious. Here is recipe
to make fried chicken :
Materials to make cilok :
• 400 grams of starch
• 10 tablespoons flour
• 2 cloves of garlic,
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 500 ml water
• Salt
• Water
Peanut sauce ingredients:
• 200 grams of peanuts.
• chilli (according to taste)
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt
• Water
How to make :
• First - all mix the cornflour,
flour and stir until evenly distributed.
• Peel the garlic and rinse
thoroughly.
• Puree pepper and garlic.
• Enter the spice paste into the
boiling water.
• Mix the boiled water into the
flour mixture gradually, stirring until evenly distributed.
• Shape dough into a round and
then input that has been rounded dough into boiling water until cooked and
floating.
• After that lift cilok ripe, then
drain.
• Enter cilok into cold water to
cilok not stick
How to make a peanut sauce for
cilok:
- • Rinse the chilli then steamed cayenne and red pepper until soft, then puree.
- • Heat oil in a frying pan to taste, then stir-fry the chilli that has been refined earlier.
- • fry the peanuts and smootehd.
- • Put peanuts that have been smoothed and mix with chili stir smooth and then stir well.
- • Put the vinegar, sugar, salt.
Serving suggestions :
