Material :
- Eggplant
- Chayote
- Long beans
- 200 ml Water
- 100 ml Coconut milk
Seasoning :
- Onion
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Candlenut
- Salt
- Brown sugar
- Peel and wash all materials to be used.
- Cut eggplant, squash and beansaccording our tastes.
- Blend seasoning then heat the water in the pan. Wait until boiling. After boiling the water in pan and then enter the seasoning. Wait until boiling.
- Enter eggplant, squash and long beans. Add salt, bay leaf, ginger and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and wait until done.
- Sprinkle with fried onion. Sayur lodeh is ready to served.
