SAYUR LODEH
SAYUR LODEH
Material :

  • Eggplant
  • Chayote
  • Long beans
  • 200 ml Water
  • 100 ml Coconut milk

Seasoning : 
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Coriander
  • Candlenut
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
How to make :
  1. Peel and wash all materials to be used.
  2. Cut eggplant, squash and beansaccording our tastes.
  3. Blend seasoning then heat the water in the pan. Wait until boiling. After boiling the water in pan and then enter the seasoning. Wait until boiling.
  4. Enter eggplant, squash and long beans. Add salt, bay leaf, ginger and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and wait until done.
  5. Sprinkle with fried onion. Sayur lodeh is ready to served.
