SOTO
Soto is one of Indonesian food made from a mixture of kitchen spices. Soto
is one of family's favorite menu in Indonesia. How to make soto is very easy, Here is recipe to make soto:
Ingredients :
1/2 kg of chicken
1 ginger
lemongrass
2 bay leaves
Sugar
Seasoning Mashed :
5 garlics
6 onions
1 turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Chili
Complementary Material (optional):
2 boiled eggs cut to taste
Tomato
Celery
Chive
Lime
Sprout
Cabbage
Fried onions
Ingredients :
1/2 kg of chicken

How To Make :
1. Wash all the ingredients.
2. Boil chicken until cooked.
3. Fried chicken then set aside.
4. Blend the spices and then stir-fry the spices.
5. Heat the water in a pan, when the water is boiling enter lemongrass, bay leaves and ginger. After that, put in the spices. Wait until the water boiled.
6. Put in the sugar to the pan.
7. Boil complementary materials such as sprouts and cabbage until half cooked.
8. Slice celery, leeks, lemon, eggs and tomatoes to complementary ingredients.
Condiment :
Boil until cooked chili and puree.
Serving Suggestions :
Prepare a bowl then put in sprouts and cabbage and scliced chicken. Pour the soto’s broth that was made then sprinkle with
sliced celery, leeks, onions fried tomatoes and eggs (according to individual
taste). Put in the condiment into the bowl. Add the soy sauce (according to individual
taste). Soto is ready to served.
