KARI AYAM
Kari ayam is one of Indonesian food made from a mixture of kitchen spices. Kari ayam is similar to soto, the difference is coconut milk. Kari ayam use coconut milk. How to make kari ayam  is very easy, Here is recipe to make kari ayam:

Material :
1/2 kg of chicken
lemongrass
2 bay leaves
Sugar


Seasoning Mashed :
4 garlics
5 onions
1 turmeric
Salt
Pepper

Complementary Material (optional):
2 boiled eggs cut to taste
Tomato
Celery
Lime
Sprout
Cabbage
Fried onions

How To Make :


1.      Wash all the ingredients and then boil chicken until cooked. After that fried chicken then set aside.
2.      Blend the spices and then stir-fry the spices.
3.      Heat the water in a pan, when the water is boiling enter lemongrass and bay leaves. After that, put in the spices. Wait until the water boiled. Put in coconut milk, wait until boiled.
4.      Put in the sugar to the pan.
5.      Boil complementary materials such as sprouts and cabbage until half cooked. Slice celery, lemon, eggs and tomatoes to complementary ingredients.


Serving Suggestions :

Prepare a bowl then put in sprouts, sliced chicken and cabbage. Pour kari ayam with sliced ​​celery, onions fried, tomatoes and eggs (according to individual taste).
Kari Ayam is ready to served.
