WEDANG RONDE - SOLO, CENTRAL JAVA
        Wedang ronde is a typical Indonesian drinks that are very popular. Wedang ronde hallmark lies in the taste of ginger and contents of wedang ronde itself. How to make it is very easy wedang round. Here's receipe to make wedang ronde :

Ingredients :
• 100 grams of glutinous rice flour
• 130 ml water
 • Salt

Dyes :

 Screwpine Leaf 
 • Turmeric

Material contents :

 • Peanuts fried (puree)
 • Sugar

Material for wedang ronde (ginger water): 

• 400 ml water
• 2 lime leaves 
• 2 stalks lemongrass (crushed) 
• Brown sugar (fine comb)
• Ginger (crushed)

How to make :

1. Wash all ingredients.
2. Combine all ingredients into a round then knead by hand until the dough somewhat hardened, set aside 
3. Mix the peanuts and sugar, stirring until blended. 
4. Puree turmeric and screwpine leaf  then squeeze the water. Juice of turmeric and screwpine leaf are used to give color to the round. 
5. Create a round dough into 3 parts and then give a yellow, green and let one part white 
6. Take one tablespoon of dough and then fill in the content material then forms. 
7. Boiled ronde in boiling water until cooked and floats
8. Heat the water in a pan then put in brown sugar, lime leaves, lemongrass and ginger to a pan and cooked 
9. Place the ronde into a round bowl then pour water into the bowl.
10. Wedang ronde is ready to be served. 

Serving suggestions :

        Wedang ronde will feel more dlicious when added with fried peanuts, "kolang-kaling" and "cendol" according to individual taste. Happy cooking :).
