Chicken satay is one of processed chicken meat cooked with roasted and
with a combination of various spices that make food taste very special
chicken satay. Here's recipe to make chicken satay:
Ingredients :
• 300 gr chicken fillets, cubes/dice, then skewers with satay puncture
• 1 lime
• 3 onions, thinly sliced.
• Soy sauce
Peanut sauce:
• 3 onions.
• 4 garlics
• 100r of fried peanuts
• 2 hazelnut.• Salt.
• 2 tbsp cooking oil.
Condiment:
• 4 Garlics.
• 10 chili
• Salt
• Oil
How to Make:Make satay:
Combine peanut sauce with soy sauce, then dip skewers. After the barbeque until half cooked. Lift then roll again in spices, then grilled again until cooked.
Make Peanut sauce:
Rinse and materials later mixed ingredients such as garlic, onions, peanuts, salt, and pecans, puree. Then heat the oil in a frying pan, then saute until fragrant smell,
