BAKWAN 
          Bakwan is one of favorite snacks in Indonesia . Bakwan made from a mixture of vegetables and wheat flour. Here's how to make bakwan : 
Material :

  • 500 g of flour
  • Leaks
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml Water
  • Cooking Oil 
Seasoning:
  • 3 onions
  • 4 garlics
  • Pepper
How to make:
  1. Peel and wash all the things used.
  2. Sliced in to small, celery, carrots, sprouts, cabbage, chopped.
  3. Blend the spices and then put in it a basin, then insert the eggs and add the flour. Enter vegetables that have been sliced ​​into the basin. Add water and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and then fry the dough using molds / ladle. Fry until bakwan's color change to golden brown. Lift and drain.
Soy sauce Material :
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili
How to make: 
        Wash chili and then cut it into small pieces. Enter in the bowl, then add the soy sauce. 
Serving suggestion : 
        Put on a plate with soy sauce and then eat bakwan. For those who like corn can replace cabbage and sprouts with corn. Good luck.
