Tempe Mendoan is one of the favorite meals in Indonesia. Here's how to make tempe mendoan:
Material :
- Tempe
- Wheat flour
- Leaks
- Water
- Cooking oil
- 2 Garlic
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Peel and wash the garlic and turmeric. Puree garlic , turmeric and salt.
- Cut leaks into small, set aside.
- Sliced tempeh thinly, set aside.
