CRISPY MUSHROOMS           
            Mushrooms krispi is one of processed foods from fungus. Mushrooms krispi bias is used for side dishes and can also be used for a snack. This healthy snack can save our families pengeluaan mother. Here's how to make mushroom krispi:

Material :
  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 packet of flour krispi 
  • Cooking Oil

How to make :

  1. Rinse mushrooms and cut according to taste. Soak in water for approximately 30 minutes. Then drain.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet.
  3. Roll the mushrooms with flour and then fried in a skillet. Wait until mushrooms are golden brown then drain

Suggestions presentation :
         Serve crispy mushrooms with chili sauce to add to the enjoyment of the taste.
