SAYUR BOBOR
        Sayur bobor is similar to sayur lodeh. The diferences place on the mixed of  vegetables and coconut milk in sayur lodeh more thick. Here's how to make sayur lodeh :

Material :

  • 200 salt kale/spinach/cassava leaves
  • 1 L of water
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • Cooking oil
Seasoning :
  • 3 garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • GalingaleLaos
  • Bay leaf
  • Candlenut
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
How to make :
  1. Rinse and chopped spinach/kale/cassava leaves (one course, according to our tastes) and chayote.
  2. Puree spices until fragrant and then sauteed.
  3. Heat water in a pan and then enter the spices, galangal, bay leaves, coconut milk and brown sugar.
  4. Stir slowly until the vegetables cooked.
Serving suggestions :
         Spinach will be more delicious when served with tomato sauce or chili shrimp paste and tempeh mendoan. Happy cooking :).
