Sayur bobor is similar to sayur lodeh. The diferences place on the mixed of vegetables and coconut milk in sayur lodeh more thick. Here's how to make sayur lodeh :
Material :
- 200 salt kale/spinach/cassava leaves
- 1 L of water
- 300 ml coconut milk
- Cooking oil
- 3 garlic
- 6 shallots
- GalingaleLaos
- Bay leaf
- Candlenut
- Coriander
- Salt
- Brown sugar
- Rinse and chopped spinach/kale/cassava leaves (one course, according to our tastes) and chayote.
- Puree spices until fragrant and then sauteed.
- Heat water in a pan and then enter the spices, galangal, bay leaves, coconut milk and brown sugar.
- Stir slowly until the vegetables cooked.
Spinach will be more delicious when served with tomato sauce or chili shrimp paste and tempeh mendoan. Happy cooking :).
