MIE ACEH
MIE ACEH
         Mie Aceh is traditional food from Aceh, North Sumatra. Here's how to make mie Aceh :
 

Material :
  • 500 grams of wet yellow noodles 
  • 100 grams of cabbage
  • 50 grams bean sprouts
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 250 grams of beef
  • 100 grams of shrimp
  • 1 tomato
  • Celery
  • Leek
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking oil
Seasoning :
  • 8 onions
  • 4 chili
  • 3 garlics
  • turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
How to make :
  1. Rinse all materials to be used.
  2. Diced beef and set aside.
  3. Peel the shrimp and set aside.
  4. Cut the cabbage and tomatoes, spouse.
  5. Puree seasoning.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan then saute the ingredients until fragrant.
  7. Add broth and beef broth boil and wait until the meat becomes tender.
  8. Enter the shrimp, tomato, celery, onion and salt. Stir well to allow the flavors to infuse.
  9. Enter vegetables such as; cabbage, sprouts and noodles.
  10. Enter the soy sauce and stir until blended.
  11. Mie Aceh ready to serve.
