SAMBAL TERASI (CHILI SHRIMP PASTE)

to make delicious chili shrimp paste is on the shrimp, it must be roasted or fried first so the aroma of shrimp will blend with the sauce and it make the sauce more delicious. Here is recipe to make chili shrimp paste:
- Chili
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Shrimp paste
- Palm sugar
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Wash chili, onion, garlic, tomato and shrimp paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then enter the shrimp paste first until its smell the aroma of shrimp. Then enter the materials that have been washed earlier into. Fry the materials until wilted and cooked. Prepare a mortar and pestle, then grind the materials that have been fried earlier until smooth. Add salt and palm sugar. Grind until everything is well mixed. After
