OMELET
OMELET          
          The omelet is a simple dish for a side dish. For families who are bored with the variety of processed eggs can make an omelet. How to make an omelet is very easy and does not require much time.  Here is recipe to make an omelet:
  • Material :
          Egg
  • Seasoning :
  1. Garlic
  2. Onion
  3. Salt
  4. Chili (optional depending on taste)
How to make :
  1. Rinse and spices and puree onion, garlic and salt. For those who like the spicy flavor can add chili, chili slices into small pieces. 
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and then enter the egg. After that enter before the spice paste and stir until blended. 
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and then enter the egg. Wait until the eggs are colored brownish then turning the eggs in order omelet cooked evenly. 
  4. Omelet ready to serve.
Serving suggestions :          
          The omelet can be combined with "nasi uduk" or can be used as an everyday side dish to suit the tastes of the family. Cut into thin egg if we wants to use it as a side dish accompanying "nasi uduk".
