SAYUR BENING BAYAM
"Sayur Bening Bayam" is one of the favorite vegetables made by mothers for a family meal. It feels fresh and simple ways of cooking that makes spinach became one of the favorites menu. Besides vitamins and minerals contained in spinach is very good for us. Spinach vegetable nodes usually combined with corn to add a distinctive flavor. - Ingredients :
- Spinach
- Sweet corn
- Water
- Seasoning :
- Sugar
- Salt
- Fingerroot
- Garlic
- Onion
Cut the spinach and then wash thoroughly. After that boil in a pan of water (depending on individual taste). While waiting for the water to boil we could slice the onion and garlic. For garlic directly inserted into the cooking water in the pan. For this we fried onion as a topping after the vegetables ready to be served. Crushed and insert the fingerroot into the pan along with the salt, sugar. Once the water boils enter sweet corn. After 10-15 minutes then enter the spinach to the pan and cook until done.
