TEMPE KERING
"Tempe Kering" is one of processed soybean meal mixed with various seasoning. Tempeh ordinary combined with "nasi uduk" or as a complement to the dish. Here is recipe to make "Tempe Kering" :
- Ingredient :
- Seasoning :
- Chili
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Palm sugar
- Galangal
- Bay leaf
- Cut the tempeh cubes and then fried until half cooked. Drain.
- Rinse and spices and puree onion, garlic, salt, palm sugar. After that crushed galangal.
- Heat a frying pan and then pour the oil to taste. Stir-fry the spice paste, galangal and bay leaves. Stir-fry until fragrant smell then add enough water. After boiling and then enter the fried tempeh earlier. Stir until the tempeh and spices mixed with average.
- "Tempe Kering" ready to serve.
"Tempe Kering" can be combined with "nasi uduk" or can be used as an everyday side dish to suit the tastes of the family. Beside it, Mom can also add anchovies and peanuts.
