          Gado-gado is one food that is made of various vegetables such as chayote, spinach, kale, long beans, cucumbers, sprouts and bitter gourd. Vegetables combined into one with a mixture of peanut sauce. The sweet taste of the spicy sauce makes gado-gado become one of the favorite foods. Here is recipe to make gado-gado :
  • Ingredients :
  1. Chayote
  2. Spinach
  3. Kale
  4. Long beans
  5. Cucumber
  6. Sprout
  7. Bitter gourd
  8. Tofu
  9. Tempeh

  • Peanut sauce:
  1. Peanuts
  2. Chile
  3. Garlic
  4. Tamarind
  5. Lime leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Palm sugar

How to make :

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and then fry tofu and tempeh. Once cooked and then drain. 
  2. Cut the spinach, kale, beans then wash clean. Wash sprouts and boiled vegetables such as cooked remove and drain.
  3. Cut the bitter gourd and squash then steamed until cooked. 
  4. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin. Separate on the plate.  
How to make the sauce :
  1. Wash peanuts and then fry for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Rinse chilli, garlic, tamarind. Spices and puree using a mortar and pestle. After a smooth insert already fried peanuts earlier. Mash until smooth. Enter the palm sugar, salt and lime leaves to add flavor sauce.
  3. Take 3 tablespoons penaut sauce into the bowl then dilute with water.
How to serve : 
          Put the vegetables on the plate. Thinly sliced ​​(according to our tastes) tofu, tempeh and cucumbers. Combine with vegetables. Pour sauce diluted was up vegetables and stir until sauce and mixed vegetables. For those who love lontong (rice wrapped in a banana leaf) and eggs, we could add tlontong and boiled eggs while eating gado-gado. Add some crackers to make gado-gado more delicious.
