CAH KANGKUNG (STIR-FIRED KALE)
CAH KANGKUNG (STIR-FIRED KALE)

Material :

  • Kale 
Seasoning :
  • Chili
  • Tomato
  • Shrimp paste
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Sugar
How to make :
  1. Rinse all materials to be used
  2. Cut the kale according to taste.
  3. Puree onion, garlic, chili, shrimp paste and then stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add water and stir until blended.
  5. Add salt and sugar. Then enter the kale. Wait 1menit.
  6. Sliced tomatoes and then enter it into the stir, stir until smooth.
  7. Serve "cah kangkung" on a flat plate. "Cah kangkung' ready to serve.
