Fried rice is one of favorite menu in Indonesia. Rice as a staple food in Indonesia often vary to increase appetite. Fried rice is often made to overcome the boredom of eating rice. How to make fried rice is very easy and simple, it takes a lot of time. The main ingredient when making fried rice is rice. As a complement fried rice is usually added vegetables such as cucumber and lettuce, also usually when making fried rice added with meatballs, chicken, shrimp, eggs or sausage (depending on individual taste). Here is recipe to make fried rice :

Rice

How to make fried rice :
- Rinse the onion, garlic, chili and puree using a mortar and pestle.
- Heat the oil on frying pan, then stir-fry the spice paste earlier into the frying pan. Stir until fragrant spices.
- Add the rice and stir until well blended rice and spices.
- Stir for 3-5 minutes. Fried rice ready to be served
To make delicious fried rice we can add eggs, chicken,
