          Pecel is food that is made of various types of vegetables are boiled and then mixed with peanut sauce. Vegetables that can be used to make pecel include spinach, kale, sprout, long beans, cucumbers and cassava leaves. Alloy taste spicy, salty and savory peanut sauce makes pecel taste complete to be presented both for side dishes as well as fast food. Here is recipe to make pecel :
  •  Ingredients :
  1. Spinach 
  2. Kale 
  3. Long Bean
  4. Sprouts 
  5. Long beans 
  6. Cassava leaves
  •  Sauce Peanuts
  1. Peanuts
  2. Chili 
  3. Garlic 
  4. Tamarind 
  5. Lime leaves 
  6. Galangal
  7. Salt 
  8. Palm sugar 
  • Additional vegetables 
  1. Cucumber 
  2. Smelly Bean
  3. Basil leave

How To Make : 

Vegetable : 
         Cut the vegetables and wash clean. After that heat water in a saucepan until boiling. Once the water boils and then insert the vegetables into the pot approximately 5-10 minutes (depending on individual taste). Once cooked vegetables then drain. 

Sauce : 
          Rinse peanuts and all the condiments. Then fry until cooked peanuts. After that peanut puree and spices until everything becomes smooth and well even become one.

Serving : 
          Take 3 spoons peanut sauce (depending on individual taste), put it into a bowl. Then pour the warm water into the bowl, stirring until liquid. Arrange vegetables that have been boiled earlier into the plate, then pour the sauce on the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle smelly bean and cucumber thinly to add to the enjoyment of the pecel. Do not forget to add basil leave aroma to enrich the taste of pecel.
