CAPCAY
Capcay is a processed food made from various combinations of vegetables. Besides the delicious taste capjay also has a very high nutrient content. Here's how to make the capcay:
Ingredients :
- 50 grams carrots
- 75 grams of broccoli
- 75 grams of cabbage
- 75 grams of mushrooms
- 100 grams of chicken fillet
- 1 shallot
- 2 celery
- 4 Green Beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 ml of water
- Cooking Oil
Seasoning :
- 3 garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt
- Granulated sugar
- Soy sauce
How to make :
- Rinse all materials to be used and cut into pieces of material to be used to make capjay.
- Blend the spices and then fried in a skillet. Enter the sesame oil and saute the spices until fragrant. Add water and stir.
- Add salt and sugar, add water.
- Enter a chicken fillet. Wait for 10 minutes and then put in the vegetables. Add water, stirring until evenly distributed.
