CAPCAY
         
         Capcay is a processed food made from various combinations of vegetables. Besides the delicious taste capjay also has a very high nutrient content. Here's how to make the capcay:

Ingredients :

  • 50 grams carrots
  • 75 grams of broccoli
  • 75 grams of cabbage
  • 75 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 celery
  • 4 Green Beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 ml of water
  • Cooking Oil

Seasoning :

  • 3 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Granulated sugar
  • Soy sauce

How to make :
  1. Rinse all materials to be used and cut into pieces of material to be used to make capjay.
  2. Blend the spices and then fried in a skillet. Enter the sesame oil and saute the spices until fragrant. Add water and stir.
  3. Add salt and sugar, add water.
  4. Enter a chicken fillet. Wait for 10 minutes and then put in the vegetables. Add water, stirring until evenly distributed.
  5. Cook until the vegetables cooked.
  6. Capjay ready to serve. Happy cooking. :)
