GREEN BEAN PORRIDGE
Material :
- 300 gr green beans
- 250 ml water
- Ginger
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 screwpine leaf
- Salt.
- Brown sugar
- Sugar.
- Soak the green beans for about 1 hour.
- Heat water in a pan and then put in green beans, brown sugar, ginger and screwpine leaves.
- Stir until boiling and then put in coconut milk slowly while stirring gently so as not to break the coconut milk.
- Add sugar and salt (according to our taste).
- Stir until cooked
Boiled coconut milk in a pan and then fill in screwpine leaves and salt. Stir gently until boiling.
Serving suggestion :
Pour green beans porridge in a bowl then add the coconut milk over the porridge according to our tastes. Green bean porridge is ready to be served. Happy cooking.
