GREEN BEAN PORRIDGE

GREEN BEAN PORRIDGE
Material :

  • 300 gr green beans
  • 250 ml water
  • Ginger
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 screwpine leaf
  • Salt.
  • Brown sugar
  • Sugar.
How to make  :
  1. Soak the green beans for about 1 hour.
  2. Heat water in a pan and then put in green beans, brown sugar, ginger and screwpine leaves.
  3. Stir until boiling and then put in coconut milk slowly while stirring gently so as not to break the coconut milk.
  4. Add sugar and salt (according to our taste).
  5. Stir until cooked
Make coconut milk: 
        Boiled coconut milk in a pan and then fill in screwpine leaves and salt. Stir gently until boiling.

Serving suggestion :
         Pour green beans porridge in a bowl then add the coconut milk over the porridge according to our tastes. Green bean porridge is ready to be served. Happy cooking.
